My name is Bill Austin and I am a spiritual healer, teacher and author living in St Petersburg, FL in the United States. One of the major reasons clients come to me is to help them to boost their self esteem and to increase their self love.
Self love, esteem, confidence, acceptance and worth are the foundations to creating a great life for yourself and your loved ones. The outer world mirrors back your inner reality and if you do not love yourself at the core, you will not be loved and supported in the outer world. The core of self love and self esteem is about living an empowered life with passion from your heart. It is about living authentically and honoring who you are and wisely using your time and energy.

Choose or decide or set a clear intent to accept, love and honor who you are to the fullest extent you can each day.

Try to be true to yourself and to live authentically with love from your heart. Ask yourself often throughout the day: Is what I am doing aligned with my heart and soul? How do I feel when I do _____?

Our greatest gifts in life are our time and energy. Begin to honor how you spend your time and energy and use it wisely. Before you do something, ask yourself: Is this the best way for me to spend my time and energy.

Find out what areas of your life you have low self esteem and self love. Often the easiest way you can do this is by asking your friends after giving them permission to be honest and agreeing not to take what they say personally.

Another way to find out self esteem and self love challenges is to buy a small notebook that can easily fit in your purse or pocket. You will use this small notebook to record everything you say about yourself out loud or internally for a week. It is important to record what you say without looking it over. At the end of the week, if you take the time to record everything, you will know a lot about what you truly feel about yourself and what you are affirming about you on a regular basis. At the end of the week, read over all of the entries and get a sense as to what your self talk around self love and esteem is like and prioritize the areas you are weak on.

After you compile your list of areas to work on, take just one of the bigger items and create one to three positive affirmations and begin saying them over and over again for five to fifteen minutes at the beginning of each day, during lunch and before you go to sleep. Put the affirmations on sticky notes throughout your home or office (if you feel comfortable) in places that you will see them often. Work with this group of affirmations intensely for three to four weeks and then choose another area to focus on. People who take baby steps with affirmations are more likely to succeed whereas people who try to make a huge change all at once tend to fall flat on their face. It takes around three to four weeks for the subconscious mind to accept new programming. Keep quiet about the inner work you are doing so your friends and family do not sabotage it.

Become very careful about your relationships and the people who you associate with. If you do not love yourself or have low self esteem, often the people you hang out with may not honor who you are and may even put you down. Often people with low levels of self esteem and self love give away their power to other people by looking outside of themselves for approval. In order to create a life that works and honors who you are, you have to reclaim your personal power. Take a moment to think about the important people in your life and whether they will be supportive and help you build your self esteem and self love. Spend more time with people that support you and less time with people who do not.

People with low levels of self esteem and self love often tend to be more depressed, negative and pessimistic than people with high self esteem and self love. Negative attitudes and behaviors like complaining and self pity are magnetic for other bad things to come into your life. When you catch yourself feeling down or depressed or complaining or feeling sorry for yourself, do something to shift the energy. Take some deep breaths; go for a walk; going to a movie; etc. all can help you shift out of a negative space.

Buy a notebook to use to record things that you are grateful for and look at it several times throughout the day. Gratitude and thankfulness are magnetic for good things to come into your life.

Make up a list of things that you love to do and do one nice thing for yourself each day. Make up a list of all the great people in your life that you love to interact with and try to talk to them or see some of them throughout the week.

As you commit to increasing your self esteem and self love, try not to beat up on yourself when you stray. Be kind, nurturing and forgiving to yourself as you move into the upward spiral of high self esteem and self love.

A Little Bit About Spiritual Healer Bill Austin:
When I began my spiritual awakening, I had back problems and insomnia. I went to lots of doctors and searched desperately for ways to heal myself. Nothing I tried worked. One doctor told me I would just have to live with numbness in my knees and that many other people with back problems suffered more.
When I first learned about energy healing, I was very skeptical but I was also pretty desperate as well. I was willing to try anything to get some relief. I thought it was one of those things that may work for some people, but not for me. I was amazed at how effective spiritual healing was. As I learned more about spiritual healing and tapped into the universal laws governing money and health, I was able to clear most of my problems energetically.
I felt so strongly about the power of energy healing that I quit a high-paying, professional job with the State of Colorado in 2003 to help others full-time. I created a video to introduce myself to people on YouTube and FaceBook that I would like to share with you as well:
